Water Filtration Solutions is an Australian-owned and operated business. We ship orders Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within Australia.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 AUD on all online orders shipped within Australia.
The flat rate applies regardless of order size or destination
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Authority to Leave (ATL)
Australia Post may leave your parcel in a safe location if no one is available at delivery, unless a signature is required.
Water Filtration Solutions is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.
