This is an annual service kit for your Wyckomar UV3000 and UV6000 UV System. This kit includes the following components:

Replacement UV Lamp equivalent to RL-100/1197T6
Replacement Quartz Sleeve equivalent to RQS-1190
O-Ring Seals
Alcohol cleaning wipe
Two kits required for the UV6000 model
Please note, the replacement UV Lamp supplied in this kit is slightly thinner than the original UV Lamp. However, it provides the same power and performance.
