The website https://waterfiltrationsolutions.com.au and the associated applications (“Site”) is owned and operated by Water Filtration Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 631 355 872), hereafter referred to as “Water Filtration Solutions”, “we”, “our”, “us” or the “Company”

This Privacy Policy describes how your Personal Information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the Site. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security and to complying with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“the Act”).

3 How do we hold your Personal Information?

3.1 We may store your Personal Information in hard copy or electronic format, in facilities that we own and operate ourselves, or that are owned and operated by our third party service providers. We take the privacy and security of your Personal Information seriously and we use a number of procedures and processes to ensure, where possible, the security and integrity of your Personal Information.

3.3 We do not keep details of your credit card information, including the security code (or CCV number) that you need to input in order to complete an order using your credit card. These details are processed through the eWAY Payment portal.

Once any information is in our possession, we will take reasonable steps to protect that information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, and modification or disclosure. 4 Sharing your Personal Information

9 Changes
